| 摘 要： | 中国白酒改变传统生产方式已经迫在眉睫，伊力特实业股份有限公司根据企业实际情况：结合浓香白酒生产工艺，在现有30多个老工房里进行机械化酿酒生产工艺和生产设备技改试验和有益的探索。其对酿酒企业在老工房里进行机械化技改具有普遍意义。

| Abstract: | The alternation of traditional Chinese liquor making process is imminent. According to the actual situation of the enterprise and Luzhou flavor liquor making technology, Yilite Industrial Co., Ltd has carried out the tests and investigation on technical reconstruction of mechanized liquor making process and equipments in more than 30 old workshops. This practice will be of universal significance in the old workshop＇s mechanized reconstruction for liquor making enterprise. |
