大型旋转电机故障诊断技术解析

摘    要:电机作为大多数机械设备的原动机,其重要地位是其它任何设备都无法代替的。电机故障不仅影响电机本身,而且有时对它所驱动的负载也会产生很大损害。因此,人们越来越普遍地认识到,必须对电机开展状态检修的研究。针对电机的状态检修,主要讨论了大型旋转电机故障诊断技术的相关概念、方法、意义等问题,并论述了电机制造企业开展电机故障诊断技术研究的必要性及其优势,为提高电机产品的技术含量、增加其技术附加值开辟了新的思路。

Abstract:As a prime drive of most mechanical equipment,the motor has an important position which can not be replaced by any other equipment. Motor faults not only affect themselves,but sometimes will also bring great damages to the load driven by them. Therefore,more and more people have realized the necessity of studying their condition-based maintenance. This paper discusses the related concepts,methods,significance etc. about the fault diagnosis technology of large rotating motors,as well as the necessity and advantage for motor manufacturers to study the fault diagnosis technology of motors,thus giving new ideas on improving the technical content of motor products and increasing their additional technical value.
