变频器在大功率摩擦焊机相位控制中的应用

摘    要:针对大功率摩擦焊机相位控制的精度要求,采用变频控制技术经过变频调速和制动电阻来实现相位控制。通过赋值改变大功率摩擦焊电动机的敏感参数来控制相位角度,并对主要敏感参数进行分析计算及试验验证,使摩擦焊接工件的相位误差小于±1°。

Abstract:Aiming at the requirement on precious phase control of high-power friction welders,variable frequency control technology is adopted to realize phase control through variable frequency speed regulation and braking resistance. Control of phase angle is achieved by assigning values to change sensible parameters of the motor of the high-power friction welder. Furthermore,key sensible parameters are analyzed,calculated and verified through tests,so that the phase error of friction welded pieces is made less than 10.
