摘    要:结合实地考察和生产实践,提出合成氨、尿素18·30项目废水综合治理方案,包括:造气废水的处理,气体净化、压缩系统废水的处理,尿素冷凝液的处理,锅炉排污水、脱盐水站废水的处理及污水处理站的设立,建议在旧厂改造或新建合成氨、尿素项目中采用这些措施,以保证合成氨生产企业实现废水零排放。

Abstract:Through site investigation and production practice,a comprehensive wastewater treatment proposal was put forward for the 180 000t/a ammonia and 300 000t/a urea project.It includes the treatment of wastewater from the gasification unit,the gas purification unit,the compression unit,the urea condensation unit and the demineralized water station and it also includes the treatment of the blowdown from the boiler.Additionally,a wastewater treatment station should also be included.The paper suggests that all those facilities should be added to the revamping and new ammonia/urea plants so as to realize zero pollutants emissions from ammonia plants.
