大型汽轮发电机方案设计系统的研究

摘    要:为提高大型汽轮发电机产品设计的速度和质量,开发了基于产品数据管理的大型汽轮发电机方案设计系统。该系统引入基于实例的推理技术,通过分析数据库中历史设计实例与当前设计方案的相似度,提取最相似实例,并采用基于知识的优化方法进行修改,使之符合当前设计要求。该系统集成企业多年成功设计实例、设计经验和设计知识,提高了方案设计的智能性和实用性。

Abstract:To improve the speed and quality of Large Turbo-generator design, this paper develops the Large Turbo-generator design system based on the PDM. This system introduces the technology of case-based reasoning, that is, by analyzing the comparability between the historical cases in database and the current scheme design requirement, to find out the best analogical case, and then by adopting the technology of optimizing based on knowledge, to realize the optimization of the scheme and make it fit the current design requirement. This system integrates the successful cases, design knowledge and experiences accumulated by enterprises and improves the practicability and intelligence of the scheme design.
