| 摘 要： | 作为多特征复杂结构的变速器箱体,其网格划分具有很大的难度.而网格划分质量的优劣,对箱体仿真分析的精确度和有效性等方面有着至关重要的影响.文中以箱体的模态分析过程和结果作为评价指标,对比同一几何模型,在不同网格条件下仿真分析的差异,进而阐明变速器箱体网格划分的方法和技巧,为同类型结构的网格划分提供参考.

| Abstract: | Grid partition is very difficult owing to complexity of gearbox housing.The quality of meshing is very important,which influences the precision,speed and validity of housing simulation analysis.Based on the comparisons about process and result of modal analysis,the method and technique of meshing are given.These conclusions can be used for the preference of meshing similar structure. |
