防水型岩棉外保温系统抹面砂浆研究

摘    要:针对岩棉对水敏感的弱点,重点研究具有良好防水功能的岩棉外保温系统抹面砂浆,对比了EVA乳胶粉和丙烯酸乳胶粉与有机硅憎水剂在抹面砂浆中复合使用情况,研究结果表明,丙烯酸乳胶粉的防水性更为优异,丙烯酸乳胶粉7042W掺量2.5%时可以使5mm抹面砂浆不透水,EVA乳胶粉6022E和有机硅憎水剂复合使用也可以达到相同效果;在热老化作用下,抹面砂浆的吸水量有所增加,抗冲击强度有所下降,丙烯酸乳胶粉7042W的耐热老化性能明显优于EVA乳胶粉6022E.
