摘    要:开发一套超声检测系统,用于检测处于不便于手工检测位置的新型转子磁极挡块,查看在其应力集中处的可能出现的应力损伤裂纹,并给出损伤裂纹的长度当量值,作为判断磁极挡块是否失效的参考数值。

Abstract:In order to inspect the magnet-stopper of new rotor whose location has the manual testing operation become difficultly,a set of ultrasonic testing system is developed.This system can detect the damage cracks of magnet-stopper on the place where the stress concentration will happen.Then,the system may give the equivalent length of damage cracks which as a reference to judge that whether magnet-stopper is disabled or not.
