新型聚合物保温砂浆的开发与应用

摘    要:研究了膨胀珍珠岩、水泥用量、可再分散乳胶粉、聚丙烯短纤维和纤维素醚对聚合物保温砂浆性能的影响,结果表明,导热系数随膨胀珍珠岩用量的增加而降低:抗折、抗压强度随膨胀珍珠岩用量的增加在一定范围内先提高后下降,膨胀珍珠岩的最佳用量为32%;膨胀珍珠岩用量对干表观密度的影响比水泥的大,说明膨胀珍珠岩对砂浆密度的影响占主要作用;随着纤维素醚用量的增加,保水率增大,可调整纤维素醚的用量使砂浆获得良好的保水性.所获得的新型聚合物保温砂浆的导热系数为0.0912 W/(m·K),抗压强度达1.98 MPa,压折比为2.21.

Abstract:This paper studies the laws of some materials which have an affect on the performance of the polymer insulation mortar,such as the expanded Perlite,the cement content,dispersible polymer powders,the polypropylene short fiber and the cellulose ether.Results show that the thermal conductivity reduces along with inflated perlite's content increases;along with inflated perlite's content increases,the anti-booklet intensity and the compressive strength based on this increases first and then drops.According to th...
