摘    要:鉴于VHDL在实现有限状态机方面具有简单易行,效率高及稳定性好等优点,提出了一种新的可调积分时间和频率的线阵CCD驱动方法。该方法基于CPLD,采用有限状态机来实现驱动电路的关键部分,能够有效地克服当前许多驱动方法存在的灵活性不足、实现过程繁琐、电路结构复杂等缺点。结果表明,该方法不但原理简单,实现容易,而且灵活性好,调试方便。

Abstract:VHDL has many advantages,such as simpleness,high efficiency and good stability,in achieving finite state machine(FSM).According to this,the paper presents a new approach to achieve linear CCD driver with tunable integration time and frequency.The approach is based on CPLD and FSM to achieve the key driving circuit,and it can effectively overcome the shortcomings,such as lack of flexibility,the cumbersome process and complex circuit structures in many current driving methods.The results show that the approach not only owns simple principle which is easy to achieve,but also has good flexibility and is convenient for debugging.
