摘    要:应用基于峰度的盲目反卷积算法处理X射线粉末衍射谱,实验表明该算法提高了X射线粉末衍射仪的分辨率,获得更接近真实的衍射谱,有助于对材料结构和缺陷的精细研究.

Abstract:The blind deconvolution algorithm based on Kurtosis has been employed in the processing of spectra of X-ray powder diffraction. The results on real spectral data demonstrated that the blind deconvolution data of spectra were gained and the resolution of spectra was improved.
