| 摘 要： | 弹头和诱饵的反红外识别能力是导弹突防能力的重要内容，利用价值中心（value-focused thinking，VFT）法构建弹头和诱饵反红外识别能力评估指标的价值模型，并分析了评估指标的评分函数，来研究影响弹头和诱饵反红外识别能力的关键指标。

| Abstract: | Anti-infrared discrimination ability of warhead and decoys is important to the breaking through defense. The paper structures the value model of evaluation index of anti-infrared discrimina- tion, and exploits the graded function of evaluation index using value-focused thinking（VFT）. Its purpose is to find out the key factor influencing the anti-infrared discrimination ability. |
