电沉积方法修复混凝土结构裂缝的研究进展

摘    要:电沉积法是通过电化学作用把某些物质沉积在电极表面,利用这一技术可以愈合混凝土裂缝。对于传统修复技术难以奏效的水工、海工混凝土结构,电沉积具有独特的优势。对国内外利用电沉积法修复混凝土裂缝的研究进行了综述,阐述了其修复原理、评价方法和评价指标。结合完成的试验,指出了这种电化学沉积法应用于海工混凝土结构裂缝修复可靠性和适用性。

Abstract:The electrodepositing method is a method makes some material precipited on the electrode surface by electrochemical reaction.With this method,the cracks on the surface of the concrete structure are rehabilitated.The method also works to the hydraulic concrete structure and the marine concrete crack,which are hard to be repaired by the traditional method.In this paper,the researches on the electrodepositing method of repairing the concrete crack at home and abroad are introduced,their repair theories,the assessment methods and the assessment indexes are also introduced in it.With the experiment,it shows that the electrodepositing method is reliable and adaptable for repairing the marine concrete crack.
