纳米粉掺杂的Y2O3-ZrO2陶瓷的制备

摘    要:采用纳米粉掺杂烧结制备了Y2O3-ZrO2陶瓷。测试发现,纳米粉的掺入在一定程度上可以使烧结体的密度和硬度得到提高。SEM和EDS分析表明,烧结体表面比较平滑,元素分布比较均匀,有较小的气孔存在。

Abstract:Nanopowders-doped Y 2O 3-ZrO 2 ceramics were pr epared. Measurement results showed that the density and hardness of the sinters prepared by doping Y 2O 3-ZrO 2 nanopowders were increased. SEM and EDS phot os indicated the surfaces of the sinters were smooth, and the rather small micro pores were found on the surfaces of the sinters.
