摘    要:在电网的大面积停电事故的情况下,能否及时向用户恢复送电,取决于系统内的发电机组是否能及时自启动.通过分析苏丹EIGILI发电厂在电网停电事故时可能出现的几种情况及相应的处理方法,验证了EIGILI电厂进行"黑启动"方案的可行性.

Abstract:Recovering power supply in time to customers could betimes start by its own or not under the condition of a large sharply on whether power generation unit - scale of power off. The back start scheme for Eigili power station in Sudan was verified to be a feasible through analyzed a few kinds of situations occurring possibly and relevant countermeasures when power off happed.
