秦岭山地水文生态功能的战略地位

综合分析秦岭在我国自然地理中的重要地位和作用,论述秦岭山地的水文生态功能,及其“自然-社会”复合生态系统功能的战略地位。提出秦岭山地是中国南北之间最重要的一条水文分区界线、长江黄河两大水系重要的水源地、保育完整天然森林植被景观、水源涵养、保育生物多样性等五大生态水文功能,其复合生态与环境影响或控制中华文明和历史演进、当代中国生物物种多样性和社会进程的两大战略地位,并提出恢复和重建秦岭山地水文生态系统功能的立体生态化保护性开发模式等五项战略措施。

On strategic point of ecohydrological function of Qinling mountains

The important position and function of Qinling mountains in physical geographic regionalization of China were comprehensive analyzed,the ecohydrological and strategic point of Nature- human society compounded Eco-environmental (CEE) function were discussed. 5 ecohydrological function: one of the most important hydrological regionalization between North-South China, major source of water of Changjiang and Huanghe river system, conservation of forest cover, nourishing complete natural forest landscape and biotic formation; 2 strategic point : effect on Chinese civilization and historical gradual progress of CEE, along with variousness species in the present age and social development of china; and also 5 strategic measures about recovering or rebuilding function of ecohydrological system,e.g. three-dimensional protective exploiting modes of life and relation to the environment etc. were brought forward.
