网络化数控教学系统的研究与开发

以CAK6136B数控车床为基础,根据其所采用的数控系统,使用微软公司的VisualBasic6 0研制开发了在Win dows操作系统平台上,模拟该机床完整操作过程的仿真操作软件,实现了在普通微机上进行数控程序编辑、机床操作、参数设置及加工仿真等一系列模拟操作的要求。在此基础上, 利用HTMLHelpWorkshop、MicrosoftFrontpage及Delphi软件开发出数控教学辅助(帮助) 系统及教学交互与考试系统, 实现教材、教师、设备三位一体的网络化数控教学平台。

Research and development of NC teaching system based on networking

Based on CAK6136B NC machine,according to its installed NC system, with the aid of Visual Basic 6.0,a set of operating simulation software based on Windows used for this NC machine has been designed,which can realize program editing,parameter setting, machine operating,process simulation and other practical simulation functions.At the same time,with the help of HTML Help Workshop,Microsoft Frontpage and Delphi, NC teaching auxiliary (help)system and teaching interacting and examining system have been developed. Thus,NC teaching platform based on networking has been established,which includes teaching materials,teachers,equipments,and can be used for teaching and training.
