The importance of the function of putty in wall paintng |

| Abstract: | Flaking and peeling are often happened in wall painting, especially in interior wall painting. In most cases, it's because of the failure of the putty but not the top coat. If the putty used is good enough and adhere well to the substrate and one coat of sealing agent is applied before the application of the top coat, the failure will not occur. |
