| 摘 要： | 为提高亚麻木脂素的提取效率,采用乙醇作溶媒从脱脂亚麻籽粉中提取了亚麻木脂素聚合物。优化提取条件为:60%乙醇60℃提取2次,每次4 h,固液比为1∶8。亚麻木脂素聚合物得率为14%~15%,SDG质量分数为8%~10%。

| Abstract: | Secoisolariciresinol diglucoside oligomer was extracted from skim flaxseed with alcohol as solvent.When extracted twice with 60% alcohol at 60 ℃ for 4 hours and the ratio of material to alcohol was 1∶8,the yield of SDG oligomer was 14%-15% with the purity of 8%-10%. |
