我国煤系硬质高岭土机械化开采可行性研究

摘    要:目前在高岭土需求和销售价格不断升高的情况下,高岭土开采产量却难以提高。本文针对制约高岭土产量的瓶颈问题一开采工艺落后,包括破岩效率差、机械化装运程度低,采场支护落后等难题进行了研究。研究结果表明,采用合理的机械化生产设备,可达到安全高效规模化生产,并可为该矿产生良好的经济效益;该工艺具有创新性,可填补国内地下高岭土矿石机械化开采工艺的空白,为煤系高岭土高效安全开采创造良好的条件。

Abstract:In the case of continuously raising of the requirements of Kaolin and the sale prices at present, the mining output of Kaolin, however, is hard to improve. The article aims at the study of choke point restricting the outputs of Kaolin-the backward of mining technology, including the low efficiency of breaking rock and mechanized shipping, the backward of supporting and so on. The study indicates that the adoption of rational mechanized equipments can make the productions be safe, high efficient and in great scale, and it can also bring well economical benefits. The innovative technics fills a vacancy of mechanized mining technics in the field of underground Kaolin ore in China. It creates a good condition for safe mining of coalbearing Kaolin effectively.
