摘    要:在油田现场通过安装应变式力传感器的方法,测量了偏磨井中抽油杆在不同长度位置时力的变化规律。抽油杆在上冲程时的摩擦力沿杆长方向分布较均匀,可以排除油管弯曲现象;下冲程时的摩擦力较大,产生的偏磨较严重。

Abstract:It was measured that force character of sucker rod string in off-center wear well by setting strain sensor. It shows that wear force distributes euenly along length of sucker rod string in upwardstroke, and bend phenomena of oil pipe can be eliminated. Wear force is bigger in downstroke, and off-center wear for pipe and sucker rod is serious.
