摘    要:为了保证雷达整机在无人机舱内恶劣的温度条件下能正常工作,这里采用在前机身侧部开设“猫耳洞”进行引风的方案.文中分别从雷达装机及热耗条件、整机级/单元级布局设计、各种飞行剖面下的整机热分析、对应的流场仿真等几个方面进行具体分析和计算.实物试飞验证证明,该雷达总体热设计方案完全能满足实际装机工作要求.该种散热方法对类似设备的整体热设计有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:To ensure normal work of the radar installed in an unmanned aero cabin in the bad environment, an air intake is set on the front airframe. This paper analyses the fixing and cooling condition of this radar, the thermal design at the whole/unit level, the thermal analysis at several conditions of typical aero mission and the corresponding flow field simulation. The successful radar flight test has proved the feasibility of this method. This method can be used as a valuable reference for the thermal design of the similar radar or equipment.
