| Abstract: | The following paper analyzes the problems existed in the reform of stock-holding system in each large-scaled state-owned building enterprise,proposes treatment methods for them,and points out that man should consider various influential factors and properly handle assignment of each party's interest,in order to make the reform smoothly carry out in large-scaled state-owned building enterprise. |
