机械合金化制备SbSn金属间化合物的研究

摘    要:用机械合金化法制备SbSn金属间化合物.使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电镜和DSC差热分析方法对Sb、Sn混合粉末经不同工艺条件合成的产物进行了分析.结果表明:机械合金化法可合成Sb-Sn金属间化合物;随着机械合金化持续进行,合金化的粉末和晶粒不断细化,晶粒内部产生很大的晶格畸变,并且球磨产生的密度和缺陷使原子扩散加快.

Abstract:The SbSn intermetallic compound was fabricated. Systematic investigations were carried out on the surfacial characteristic and thermal stability of the Sb, Sn milled powders with various milling times using a combination of X - ray powder diffraction, SEM, TEM and differential thermal analysis assisted by DSC. The experimental results show that ball - milling could produce SbSn intermetallic compound in which large lattice distortion was occurred due to the fast diffusion induced by high density of lattice defects. It was found that the grain size and particle size of SbSn decreased with the milling time.
