摘    要:在不同的介质中酶的结构与功能有很大的差别,通过选择合适的介质可以提高酶针对目标反应的活性和稳定性。本文综述了不同体系对酶催化活性及稳定性的影响,着重研究了反胶束体系以及离子液体等新型介质中酶的催化活性和稳定性。

Abstract:In different media, enzymatic structure and function have enormous differences. We can improve enzymatic activity and stability for its objective action by selecting appropriate medium. The stability and activity of enzyme in the reaction media, especially in reverse vesicles and ionic liquids is reviewed in the paper.
