HP酶联免疫检测法和13C-UBT法与临床疗效的关系

探讨幽门螺杆菌酶联免疫检测法(HP)和13C-尿素呼气试验(13C-UBT)法与临床治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染时的疗效关系。收集本院就诊43例上腹部不适的患者,在行幽门螺旋杆菌感染根治前分别进行HP抗体检测法和13C-UBT法检测幽门螺旋杆菌感染情况,阳性率分别是HP:93.0%(40/43),13C-UBT88.4%(38/43),口服奥美拉唑等药物两周,停药一个月和半年后,分别用上述两种方法检测幽门螺旋感染情况。结果表明:在停药一个月后的阳性率分别是,HP抗体检测法95.0%(38/40),13C-UBT法89.8%(33/38)。统计学处理后没有明显差异(P<0.05),半年后的阳性率分别是HP抗体检测法82.5%(33/40),13C-UBT法13.2%(5/38),统计学处理后,二者有显著差异(P>0.05)。

Relationship between Clinical Curative Effect and HP Enzyme- linked Immunosorbent Assay Test and 13 C -urea Breath Test

Forty-three patients with upper abdominal discomfort were tested with HP enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method(HP) and 13C-urea breath test(13C-UBT) method respectively before treatment of helicobacter pylori infection.The positive rate of was 93%(40 / 43)(HP) and 88.4%(38 / 43)(13C-UBT),respectively.One month and half a year later than oral administration of omeprazole and other drugs for two weeks,the helicobacter infection of the patients was tested also by these two methods.The results show that,the positive rate of is 95%(38/40)(HP) and 89.8%(33 / 38)(13C-UBT),respectively one month after drug withdrawal,having no significant statistical difference(P < 0.05);on the other hand,the result for half a year after drug withdrawal is 82.5%(33 / 40)(HP) and 13.2%(5 / 38)(13C-UBT),respectively,with significant statistical difference(P > 0.05).
