摘    要:通过常规力学性能测试设备、光学显微镜研究了不同热处理工艺对12Cr1MoV钢性能和组织的影响。结果表明:随着正火温度提高,12Cr1MoV钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度变化不大,而冲击韧性有较大增加;随着回火温度提高,经910℃和930℃两种正火温度处理,12Cr1MoV钢的强度和韧性变化不大。12Cr1MoV钢在热轧态、正火态及正火+回火态的组织均为铁素体+珠光体,经910℃正火+680℃回火处理后,钢中的铁素体晶粒度比930℃正火+680℃回火处理后更细小且分布更均匀,性能与前者基本相同。因此,可以选取910℃正火+680℃回火作为12Cr1MoV钢的热处理工艺,从而降低钢板生产的成本。

Abstract:The effect of heat treatment process on the mechanical property and microstructure of 12Cr1MoV steel was researched by traditional mechanical testing equipment and OM.The results of heat treatment showed that the tensile strength and yield strength have a little change and the impact toughness has a large increase with the increase of the normalizing temperature.The strength and toughness of the 12Cr1MoV steel under 910 ℃ and 930 ℃ normalizing change a little with the increase of the tempering temperature.The microstructures of 12Cr1MoV steel as all the hot rolled,normalized and normalized+ tempered are ferrite and pearlite.After 910 ℃ normalizing + 680 ℃ tempering,the grain size of ferrite is more fine and more homogenous than ones of 930 ℃ normalizing + 680 ℃ tempering,and the properties are basically the same.So it is feasible and reasonable to select the heat treatment of 910 ℃ normalizing + 680 ℃ tempering,so as to reduce the cost of steel production.
