摘    要:梳棉机刺辊转速通常是由梳棉机的主轴电动机通过皮带传动的方式进行控制,利用更换不同直径的皮带轮得到多种传动比来实现刺辊的转速调整。文章通过对刺辊加装独立电动机驱动,利用PLC控制和变频调速技术来实现刺辊转速的调整,以适应不同梳棉刺辊速度的调整要求。改装后的刺辊转速的变频调速,可满足对刺辊的多级或无级连续的速度调整需要。

Abstract:The rotational speed of taker-in is usually adjusted by a belt drive transmission system with a spindle drive motor in carding machine.By replacing belt wheel with different diameters,variable ratios of the belt wheel couple can be obtained,thereby the rotational speed of the take-in can be adjusted.In this study,a separate drive motor to regulate the speed of the taker-in with PLC control and frequency conversion technology.This device can meet the demand for multilevel or continuously variable transmission for the taker-in speed.
