大型调水工程干渠输水的水力优化分配

摘    要:如何合理地将可利用的总水头分配到输水明渠各渠段,是大型调水工程设计的一个重要问题。通过理论分析与数值计算以及对各渠段水头分配的影响因素及敏感性进行分析,提出了水头水力最优分配的原理与方法。该水头分配方法能使南水北调中线干渠的水流速度保持平稳,同时全线输水总水功率损耗最小。

Optimization of Water Head Allocation for Large-Scale Water Diversion Project

Abstract:It is a crucial issue to reasonably allocate overall water head to each section for a large-scale water diversion project during the period of project design. In this paper, principle and method is proposed to optimally allocate water head for large-scale water diversion projects through theoretical analysis and numerical computation as well as impact factors and their sensitivities analysis. Through using the proposed method to allocate the overall water head, velocity in the canal of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (Middle Line) could be stable. At the same time, the water power loss for the whole line could be minimal.
