摘    要:以对硝基苯甲醛为原料,过氧化氢作氧化剂,在甲醇作溶剂的碱性条件下,一步反应合成对硝基苯甲酸.考察了碱的浓度、反应温度和物料摩尔比对反应产率的影响.实验结果表明:氢氧化钾浓度为40%,反应温度30℃,反应物质的量比n(对硝基苯甲醛)∶n(30%过氧化氢)=1∶4,对硝基苯甲酸收率达89%.通过测熔点,红外光谱表征了目标产物对硝基苯甲酸.

Abstract:P-nitrobenzoic acid was synthesized via oxidation of p-nitrobenzaldehyde,using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant and methanol as solvent over potassium hydroxide.The effects of potassium hydroxide concentration,the reaction temperature and the molar rate to the products conversion were investigated.The results show that the yield of p-nitrobenzoic acid was up to 89% under the optimum conditions: the concentration of potassium hydroxide is 30%,the reaction temperature is 30℃ and the reaction molar rate is n(benzaldehyde)∶n(30% hydrogen peroxide)=1∶4.In the end,the product p-nitrobenzoic acid is determined by melting point and IR spectra.
