桥式起重机车轮运行啃轨的技术分析与研究

摘    要:桥式起重机车轮啃轨产生的原因很复杂,既有局部车轮的问题,也有整车结构的问题;既有驱动系统的问题,也有轨道安装的问题。文章采用系统分析的方法,指出了引起啃轨的主要原因。并针对车轮水平、垂直偏差、吊车的跨度差、对角线差、轨道的跨度差、同面度、驱动系统同步度等主要技术问题进行了系统的分析与研究.结果表明:采用文章中提出的技术措施,则可从根本上防止啃轨现象的产生。

Abstract:The reasons for a bridge crane to bite rails are possibly due to problems of locomotive wheel, entire vehicle structure, driving system and track installation. Some major technical issues, such as the wheel balance, vertical deviation, crane span difference, diagonal line difference, orbital span difference, uniplanar degree, driving system synchronization were systematically discussed. The result indicated that biting rails of bridge crane can be fundamentally avoided by proposed measures.
