摘    要:水力量测系统是大型引水工程实现监测控制及调度运行自动化管理的重要组成部分。文中以山西省万家寨引黄一期工程为例,详细介绍了水力量测系统的硬件设备选型、量测站点布设和数据采集传榆,并基于统计学原理和数据库技术建立相应的数据分析模型,利用Visual Basic语言和SQL server数据库技术混合编程,对水力量测系统的监测数据进行分析。结果表明,开发数据分析计算机系统可以实时、动态查询分析水力量测系统的运行状态并为运行调度提供科学依据,这对于实现大型引水工程运行管理由经验型决策向科学化决策的转变具有现实意义。

Abstract:For a large-scale water diversion project, hydraulic measurement is indispensable to monitoring control and dispatching management. This paper takes on Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project (YRDP), as for selection of hydraulic measurement hardware, distribution of measurement stations, and data sampling and transmission. To analyze sampling data, a data analysis model is created using statistics and database technology. The model's programming language combines Visual Basic and SQL database. The results justify development of a data analysis computer, which may monitor status of hydraulic measurement system in a real-time and dynamic manner. This shall be conducive to scientific dispatching management. Also, this shall be realistic and meaningful for operation management of a large-scale water project to shift from empirical decision-making to scientific one.
