摘    要:计算机模拟作为一种参数优化的工具,越来越多地应用于冶金领域。用流体商业软件对某厂4流T型中间包流场进行数值模拟,从钢液流动的速度矢量图、流线图来分析有、无控流装置的中间包的流动特征。通过模拟分析,确定了合理的中间包控流装置,以指导生产实践。

Abstract:Numerical simulation served as one of the effective tools for optimizing parameters has found a wide appli cation in metallurgy field, By means of flow field software, the flow field of four-strand-T type tundish has been calculated and through the velocity vector diagram, streamline graph analyzing the characteristics of molten steel in the tundish with or without the appropriate flow control devices. By simulating and analyzing, the appropriate flow control devices have been proposed which are beneficial to practical operation.
