| 摘 要： | 全弧形连铸机的结晶器电磁搅拌中心线，其实是与铸坯中心线不重合的，其产生的冶金效果也存在偏差。通过对连铸结晶器电磁偏心搅拌过程机理的研究，建立准确的数学模型，为制定正确的连铸操作工艺制度提供技术指导，以提升铸坯质量。

| Abstract: | The center line of electromagnetic mold stirring （EMS） in bow type continuous caster is misalignment with the center line of continuous casting, and deviation was existed in the metallurgy result. A new mechanism was researched by electromagnetic eccentric stirring process in continuous casting mold, and numerical simulation was carried out. |
