基于遗传算法控制的电液伺服系统试验研究

摘    要:以电液伺服系统在连轧管机中的应用为背景,设计建立了一套基于遗传算法控制的电液伺服系统试验模型.利用遗传算法通过对比例积分微分(PID)参数进行实数编码、选择合适的适应度函数及自适应的交叉概率和变异概率,对PID控制器参数进行了优化,得到一组PID参数的最优值,并通过试验模型对实际工作状态进行了模拟和试验.

Abstract:On the basis of elctro-hydraulic servo system using in the continuous rolling mill,a set of model is designed for elctro-hydraulic servo system which controlled by genetic algorithm.By means of the genetic algorithm with real number encoding,appropriate fitness function,adaptive crossover,and mutation probability,the PID parameters are optimized.Comparing the simulation with the experiment,it is found that a satisfactory result has been gotten
