| 摘 要： | 采用薄板坯连铸机（FTSC）生产SPA—H钢，通过化学成分控制、温度制度调整、结晶器保护渣选择和连铸二冷水调试等，解决了FTSC铸坯纵裂问题，表面质量和内部质量合格，FTSC铸坯板材性能优于常规铸坯轧材，FTSC已能批量生产SPA—H钢。

| Abstract: | Technological development has been achieved for FTSC （flexible thin slab caster） to produce SPA-H steel grade . Through chemical composition control, temperature adjustment , mold powder choice and secondary cooling water setting for continuous casting etc. , the longitudinal crack problems of slabs are resolved. With certified surface and internal quality, the performance of FTSC slab is better than conventional slab. SPA-H steel has been produced in batch at Benxi Steel. |
