基于双CPU的交流电机变频调速节能控制系统

摘    要:设计了调压频比(即调磁通)节能装置和以大功率电力电子智能功率模块IPM为开关组件的三相交流控制电路,解决了IPM的过流、过压保护问题。控制装置是基于双CPU的TMS320LF2407芯片和89C51单片机,其主要功能是实现变频调速异步电机的节能控制及运行状态显示功能。

Abstract:An energy saving device by adjusting ratio of voltage to frequency(to adjust magnetic flow) and three phase AC control circuit with large power electronic intelligent power module(IPM) as switch component were designed which solved the problems of over-current and over-voltage protection for IPM.The control device is TMS320LF2407 chip and 89C51 singlechip based on double CPU,with its main functions to realize energy saving control and operation state display for variable voltage variable frequency AC induction motors.
