正交优化制备双醛淀粉研究

摘    要:双醛淀粉毒性低,化学活性高,广泛用于各种工业,是一种很重要化工原料,但我国对双醛淀粉开发和生产还处于起步阶段。该研究以玉米淀粉为原料,高碘酸钠为氧化剂,采用正交优化法对制备双醛淀粉工艺条件进行研究;最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为35℃,反应时间为3.5小时,高碘酸钠浓度为0.5 mol/L,pH值为4.0,高碘酸钠与淀粉摩尔比为1.1:1。

Abstract:Dialdehyde starch is a important chemical material for it has low toxicity,high chemical reactivity and extensive applications in all sorts of industry, but in China research and production of dialdehyde starch are belong to developing step.This paper uses corn starch as material and sodium periodate as oxidant, and adopts orthogonal method to study optimal experiment conditions of preparing dialdehyde starch, which is that reaction temperature 35℃, reaction time 3.5 hours, reaction concentration of sodium periodate 0.5mol/L, pH4 and ratio of sodium periodate to starch 1.1:1.
