对溴苯甲醚合成的研究

摘    要:以溴化钠为溴源,氧气为氧化剂进行的苯甲醚的催化氧化溴代反应。确定较佳的工艺条件为:苯甲醚∶溴化钠∶TEMPO(摩尔比)为1∶1.5∶0.003,冰醋酸与水的体积比例为10∶3。以20mmol的苯甲醚在较佳工艺条件下,反应5h,转化率及选择性都达到98.0%以上。

Abstract:The oxybromination of anisole was investigated with sodium bromide as bromo source and oxygen as oxidant.The optimal reactive conditions were obtained as follow.The mol ratio of anisole,sodium bromide and TEMPO was 1:1.5:0.003,and the volume ratio of acetic acid and water was 10:3.20 mmol of anisole was subjected to the optimal reactive conditions,then reacted for 5 h in vessel,more then 98.0% of conversion and regioselectivity was obtained.
