| 摘 要： | 和谐新农村是和谐社会建设的重要组成部分,农村环境不公平严重影响和谐新农村及和谐社会建设.在分析农村环境不公平产生原因的基础上,应该从城乡一体化统筹发展,建设循环经济、确立和谐发展理念,完善法律保障、加大环保设施和技术保障等五个方面人手构建农村环境公平.
