| 摘 要： | 突发性肥害事故对农业安全生产、农业增效、农民增收、农村稳定带来严重隐患。本文通过对浙江省30起突发性肥害事故的调查,并具体分析肥害的成因,提出了提高农民科技素质,制定肥害事故应急处置预案,制定肥害事故技术鉴定规范,加强市场肥料产品质量监督管理等建议。

| Abstract: | A sudden fertilizer damage will bring some serious hidden troubles for safe agricultural production, high agricultural yield, much farm's income and stable rural society. Based on the investigation on 30 cases of sudden fertilizer damage in Zhejiang province, and analysis on the cause, some suggestions are presended, including such aspects as enhancing the scientific and technical quality of farmers, drawing up the scheme of emergency measure for sudden fertilizer damage, enactting the norm for technical appraisal of fertilizer damage and supervising the fertilizer quality in market effectively. |
