Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-BaTiO3陶瓷的介电和压电性能研究

摘    要:研究了Na0.5Bi0.5TiO和(Na0.5Bi0.50.94Ba0.06TiO陶瓷的电滞回线、压电性能和热滞现象·得到(Na0.5Bi0.50.94 Ba0.06TiO陶瓷的剩余极化P=19uC/cm、矫顽场E=4.7kV/mm.发现用适量的Ba2+取代(Na0.5Bi0.52+尽管压电性能有所提高,但同时使得材料的温度稳定性大大降低.

Abstract:D-E hysteresis, piezoelectric properties and temperature hysteresis phenomena of (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 and (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics were investigated. Remnant polariza- tion (Pr=19uC/cm2) and coercive field (Ec =4.7kV/mm) of (Na0.5Bi0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramic were obtained in the experiment. Although the substitution of Ba2+ for (Na0.5Bi0.5)2+ can im- prove the piezoelectric properties, it can also induce the deterioration of temperature stability.
