功能颜填料对水性纳米建筑涂料隔热性能的影响

摘    要:采用不同功能颜填料制备水性纳米建筑隔热涂料,以水性聚氨酯为成膜剂,以滑石粉、绢云母为填料,再以纳米金红石型二氧化钛和空心陶瓷微珠分别作为隔热功能颜填料,制备水性纳米建筑隔热涂料,研究功能颜填料对涂料隔热性能的影响。实验结果表明:绢云母具有较高的辐射隔热效果,空心微珠、纳米金红石型二氧化钛为高反射隔热填料;其中绢云母最佳用量(质量分数)为10%,当绢云母与空心玻璃微珠混合时,空心玻璃微珠最佳用量(质量分数)为5%;当绢云母与纳米金红石型二氧化钛混合时,纳米金红石型二氧化钛最佳用量(质量分数)为6%。纳米金红石型二氧化钛比空心玻璃微珠作为填料时隔热性能稍优,最优隔热率达到94%以上。从经济效益角度,建议用空心玻璃微珠作为填料制备聚氨酯涂料。

Effect of functional fillers on the thermal insulation of water-based nano building coatings

Abstract:The water-based nano-building coatings were prepared using different pigments and fillers. The waterborne polyurethane was used as film forming agent, or talcum and sericite were used as fillers. Then nano-rutile titanium dioxide or hollow ceramic beads were used as heat insulation function fillers. The effects of function pig- ments on thermal insulation were analyzed. And the experimental results showed that the performance of radiation and heat-shielding of sericite was perfect, the hollow ceramic bead and rutile titanium dioxide had high reflection property. The experimental results also proved that the best content of sericite was 10% (mass fraction). When seri- cite and hollow ceramic beads were mixed, the best content of hollow ceramic beads was 5 % ( mass fraction). When sericite and rutile titanium dioxide were mixed,the best content of rutile titanium dioxide was 6% (mass fraction). Since there was a little better heat insulation performance on the coatings with rutile titanium dioxide than hollow ceramic beads as fillers. But we suggested that hollow ceramic beads should be chosen as the fillers to prepare the polyurethane paints economically.
