锅炉轴流式风机失速原因分析及防范对策

摘    要:阐述了轴流式风机发生失速现象的机理。针对某电厂3号机组在运行过程中锅炉送风机频繁发生失速的现象,通过试验、分析,找出了该风机发生失速现象的主要原因及其存在的问题,并提出了轴流式风机发生失速现象后应及时采取的应对措施和相应的防范对策。

Abstract:The Stalling mechanism of axial-flow fans is being elucidated.Focussing on the stalling problem frequently occurring to the boiler's forced draft fan of a certain power plant's unit No.3,by means of tests and analysis,the main cause and existing problems were found,and countermeasures obtained which should be timely made use of once stalling occurs.Corresponding preventive measures are also suggested.
