川西高压高产气井压后防砂技术研究

摘    要:川西坳陷致密砂岩气藏拥有大量的高压高产气井,支撑剂回流出砂问题比较突出。由于气井压力高、产量高、流速快,加砂压裂后常出现支撑剂回流出砂的现象,对井口及地面流程管线闸阀、地面设备造成强烈的冲蚀破坏作用,已经严重影响到气田高压高产气井的正常生产。针对川西高压高产气井压后出砂对井口及地面流程管线闸阀、地面设备造成的不利影响,在结合实际的工程地质特征和生产情况及对压裂井出砂影响因素的分析基础上,通过优化测试排液工艺、优化压裂施工后期的顶替液量、优化压裂液破胶性能及采用纤维支撑剂压裂工艺,提出了有效的预防出砂对策,在实际的生产过程中取得了良好的防砂效果,保障了高压高产气井的安全、高效、正常生产.具有广阔的推广府用前景。

Abstract:Based on the effect of the sanding on the bradenhead, the ground flow pipeline gtv and surface equipment in high pressure and high gas rate well in west Sichuan, and combination with actual engineering geologic characteristic and operation status, the paper analyzed the influencing factor of sanding in the fractured well, and put forward the countermeasures to effectively prevent sanding. In actual production, better sand controlling result was obtained by using these measures, and it can effectively ensure the production safety, high efficiency and regular production in high pressure and high gas rate well. So, it has good application prospects.
