| 摘 要： | 大学阶段是种种压力相对集中的阶段，容易使大学生产生心理危机，发生自杀事件。分析产生心理危机的原因和识别的方法，提出危机干预的策略和预防自杀的方法，对帮助大学生减少心理压力、促进健康成长提供有效作用。
