| 摘 要： | 分析了我国东部环渤海经济圈四点一带水资源条件及开发利用现状,对不同时期的需水量进行预测,基于区域水资源优化配置,制定了多水源供水方案,预测了可供水量,并进行了水资源合理配置,提出了四点一带水资源安全保障的战略.
