| 摘 要： | 通过多年隧道施工实践，针对隧道施工关键工序中容易出现问题的重要环节进行了较为详细的分析，对隧道的围岩等级确定、开挖、支护、防排水处理和洞口门的施工等重要工序中的施工控制进行了探讨和研究，并对其可能出现的问题提出了相应的处理方法，同时，还在技术经济管理上作了分析，总结了一些成功的经验，可供类似隧道的施工管理参考。

| Abstract: | Based on experiences of tunnel construction for many years, the important links of working procedure in tunnel engineering were analyzed in this paper. The construction controls were discussed and studied in the stages of ascertaining the rock grade, excavating, supporting, waterproof and construction of door, while some ways to deal with the possible problems were brought out. At the same time, some discussions were carried out in management of technical economy. Some experiences were summarized in this paper, which can serve as references for construction management. |
