超级铁精矿提纯与锶铁氧体预烧料试验研究

摘    要:对武钢金山店的磁铁精矿进行提纯,得到了超纯磁铁精矿(TFe〉71.5%,SiO2〈0.5%)。以该超纯磁铁精矿与分析纯碳酸锶及添加剂为原料,通过对配比、预烧温度、保温时间等条件进行优化得到了性能较好的锶铁氧体预烧料。

Abstract:The magnetite concentrate from Jin Shan Dian concentrate plant attached to Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation has been deeply purified to produce a super-pure magnetite concentrate(TFe>71.5%,SiO_2<0.5%).Using the super-pure magnetite concentrate,carbonate Strontium and some additives produce a Strontium ferrite powder.Through optimizing the operation parameters,such as mixing ratio,sintering temperature,heat preservation time in a much better Strontium ferrite powder was gained.
