| Abstract: | This article describes the design,smelting and rolling of the steel grade for banding,as well as the experiments and analysis results of lead bathing isothermal heat treatment by using heat treatment line of banding unit at Baoshan Iron and Steel(Group)Co.Experiments show that the performance indexes of the banding steel produced by the above process can meet the mechanical property requirements for the high strength banding steel.This approach provides a model forsetting up and reforming banding steel production line. |
